We are reaching out to inform you of a new incident that is currently being investigated, which has been assigned [INC-20251109-00009].

Hypervisor HKG01

DESCRIPTION:
We received reports from our customers that new Hong Kong VPS’s failed to be provisioned starting from 9:00, 9 Nov 2025, UTC. We have temporarily set all Hong Kong VPS’s as out of stock so that new purchases cannot be made until the incident is resolved. All existing Hong Kong VPS’s are not affected by this incident, neither are San Jose VPS’s.

We are still investigating this incident, and the exact cause has not been found yet unfortunately. We will update you as soon as new information is available. After the incident is resolved, all pending orders will be processed accordingly.
